Gr 4-8-These books give kids the knowledge they need to get a leg up on these careers. Each one details the variety of job descriptions and headings that fall under the broader category. They also discuss the education and other skills and experiences that are helpful to enter and advance in these fields. With their bright photos and adequate use of white space, these volumes will appeal even to reluctant readers. The pictures show a good mix of genders and ethnicities. The writing is friendly, but not too chatty.
